Credit Sudhaar: VERY POOR AND BAD SERVICE JUST CHEATING TROUBLORS

I have chooses platinum plan of Credit Sudhar on 22-04-2013 and made online payment to sort out my issues related to CIBIL. At the time of taking plan they assured me that they will upload my cibil report along-with score card within 3 - 4 working days but in fact after lapse of 12-13 days neither i received any cibil information nor responded by the Credit Sudhar and after that when i pressurised them they suggested me that it would be appropriated if i applied and get online by own. Accordingly i applied and paid Rs.470/- on the website of CIBIL and got complete report within one hour on 4-5-2013 which i mailed to Credit Sudhar immediately. 

After my best efforts i got an appointment of so called Councillor who assured me that he has gone through my reports and will call me at 6 p.m. on 6-5-2013 but unfortunately despite of 100 calls to their Bombay office and Delhi office i have yet not received any call or response from the councillor or Credit Sudhar till 08-5-2013. As such i am feeling very helpless and got cheated by the forged company who do not believe in their commitment. Moreover more than 16 days has already been lapsed without starting the job whereas in my profile the date of expiry of my plan is going to be expired on 14-04-2013 it means on 6 days are left to expire their plan which i have opted whout doing a job. 

It means their tendency is just to grab the troubled persons and get their money foggily. The Councillor team is very very Poor and irresponsible namely Mr. Mehraj. I AM FED UP AND TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES AND COMMITMENT OF CREDIT SUDHAR.

In view of this i am suggesting new peoples not to be in touch with such kind of forged so called CREDIT SUDHAR because it has been opened only for their vested interest of CREDIT SUDHAR not for credit sudhar of clients. At the end i am requstin So caaled fordged CREDIT SUDHAR company please dont try to make fool of innocent already troubled persons like me just to grab the money and fun. I deeply hearted and humaliated with the behaviour of company. Its my advise to new client please dont believe with them improve you credit health with your own they will do nothing just making fool.

    I guess this post was taken from complaint board.
    I would like to state that there was a misunderstanding and thus I posted on Credit Sudhaar.
    However would like to inform all that my issue is sorted and I am still associated with Credit Sudhaar and I am happy with the service.

  2. I am recieving messages from credit sudhaar . i have mailed them and requested them to not to do so.

    however, i still receive messages from them .

    My number is registered with DND .

    i dont know how to stop getting messages from them.

  3. Credit Sudhar are the biggest cheats. Never get enrolled. They do nothing for what you pay. Pathetic service and their so called counsellors have no knowledge or will to help people.
    I wasted my 12K and got no help from them and finally i was left to solve all my problems on my own.
    Trust me, i was able to get all my problems sorted on my own and i even got a home loan in 4th month. Now i am fighting with these guys to get my money back.
    There are lot of financial advisors available in your neighbourhood. Show your cibil report and take their advice. Approach the Bank or RBI directly on your issues and it will get resolved.
    Dont waste your time and money on such cheating companies.

  4. I took contract from credit sudhar for improving my credit score. and paid about 52000 and I didn't got any score and even they fucked my score and because of loan rejection my score is affected.. don't trust credit sudhar.prakash 8951544047

  7. credit sudhar told me that everything will be ok by this december , now my councillor ratna resigned from credit sudhar as per last call and there is no councollor assigned yet. . My loan got rejected when my score was 813 and i approched credit sudhar with this score. I Think this is not going to work. 8951544047. i will paste all the email conversation from day one here. in few days.

  9. I have never seen such a unprofessional company. I had taken services from credit sudhar for improving my cibil score, and removing red flag in cibil record. After taking their services cibil masking quote amount went up from Fullerton and citi bank. I had to contact Fullerton India MD to settle the issue. The name of the fraud people who in collaboration with Fullertone and citi bank tried to cheat me further are Melroy(Counseller), Vaishnavi(Counceller). Gurpreet Kaur(sales) Sacheeta Tendulkar(Esclation). Even their director gaurav and arun do not respond to mail their mail id is arun.r@creditsudhaar.com,

    I might be the most disappointed customer of the Credit Sudhaar services and certainly would not recommend this to anybody. I had doubt about your company and its services even prior to the subscription per the reviews available on multiple webpages and blogs. I still took a leap of faith and went ahead with services but Credit Sudhaar proved me wrong. Every time I experienced disappointment from a new person at Credit Sudhaar.

    Let me tell you my story of grievance now. On May 27th, 2016 Usha was the first lady to call and convinced me for the subscription. That was the day when I made a blunder of joining with Credit Sudhaar services.

    As soon I paid for the services my case was assigned to Pooja Raut, unexpectedly she left the case only just after 3-4 days. Nobody followed up on the case up-to a week and when I called myself at the customer care and asked for her, I was surprised to know that she had left the organization. I was promised the case will be taken care of and a new counsellor will be assigned to my case soon.

    Then waiting for about 3-4 days, I received a call from Veena on 5th June, 2016. I already had enough dissatisfying experience from Credit Sudhaar that I told her just to drop the case and requested for a full refund. She then assured me that it won’t happen again and urged to give a last chance to Credit Sudhaar to convert the bad experience to a good one. She had been good in following up on regular basis but the resolution outcome was least.

    On Aug 5th, 2016 I received the last response from her and she also left the case in between.

    Again, in shock I called the helpline and got to know that she has been moved to a different dept. and a new counsellor will be assigned to the case soon.

    Now, at this point you can understand the level of frustration I had. Then after 44 days on Sep 19th, 2016 I received an email from Gilbert Benjamin, who introduced himself as a new counselor for my case. In deep pain, I told him my whole concern that how I have been struggling to find a solution for my problem and every month the case is passed on to a new person. I was assured by him that the case will now be taken care on a personal note and this will not be repeated. I know that man as the most dedicated and helpful to understand and empathize my concern. He put himself into my shoes and understood the pain. He genuinely followed up on the case. I received last response from him on Oct 12th, 2016 and then all of a sudden he disappeared. I wrote him a few emails to contact me but got no response. Waited for more than a month but nobody from Credit Sudhaar followed up.

    Then once again a new email comes Credit Sudhaar on Nov 21st, 2016. Rahul Sharma expressed himself as a newly appointed person for my case and again the same reason was given to me that last person has been moved to a different dept. and no longer available to follow up on the case. I upfront refused him to follow up since I can’t bear this anymore. His manager Kaynat called me today and asked to write an email to withdraw the case and get the refund.

    Currently, I am so pissed off with your services. I earn by doing hard work and paid Rs. 5724/- towards my CIBIL score improvement and not for this mental harassment. I have been experiencing nothing but disappointment from Credit Sudhaar and you have hardly contributed to improve my score. This is a setback for me and I feel like cheated by every person of yours. I don’t need any further support from Credit Sudhaar. Since it was promised to me by Veena if we fail to provide a solution you are worthy of a full refund. Now, because all of this pain I ask Credit Sudhaar to refund full amount paid towards the services back to my account ASAP.

  11. Credit Sudhaar does not have any consistency in service. You get a new executive calling you each time and then they promise a call back and then nothing happens. I spoke to a Dona she was talking as if she is my boss abd she knows everything about my issue. They have associates who dont know what is service and they treat you like rugs after charging you a huge sum. -100 if I could rate them thats what I would rate.
